Well, my dog isn't feeling good at all and I have no idea why?

I'm glad your parents are going to call the vet tomorrow. I don't think your Mom should haven taken the stitches out herself. They may not have been ready to come out and by doing so the stitched area could haven been infected. Stitches are there for a reason and they are kept in for a certain amount of time for a reason. The vet should have been called before taking them out. But, what's done is done. Just be sure to let the vet know that the stitches were taken out so she has a better view of what to tell you to do.
